National Sales Manager – Medical Devices

Reporting to the Latin America CEO, your main responsibilities will be: 


  • Implement direct sales and integrate this sales with the distributors to drive the company´s global sales strategy to all channels.
  • Identify opportunities, develop and implement commercial strategies that maximize results for the company and customers in short and long term.
  • Establish a strong network and partnership with distributors, key clients and opinion leaders in health market.
  • Lead and motivate the sales force (distributors and future direct team) to achieve the expected goals, setting a clear communication strategy, commission politics, action plans and results. Identify and replace that one’s that are not with global strategy.
  • Implement sales process and train costumers about all products and sales approach techniques.
  • Develop internal and external stakeholders to create growth opportunities and achieve the expected goals.
  • Ensure compliance with finance and budgeting practices and appropriate management of resources, presenting realistic sales forecasts, revenue and expenses report to management team.


We are looking for candidates graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related areas with solid experience in sales management, mainly in pharmaceutical or medical devices companies. Interpersonal skills such as organization, proactivity, result-orientation, hands-on profile and self-motivation are mandatory.  Fluency in English is required. Spanish would be a plus.
