A fast-growing technology startup operating across the US and Brazil is looking for a Talent Partner | Talent Acquisition Expert to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the recruiting process from scratch: sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation, offer, and onboarding.
• Recruit actively for roles in the USA, Europe, and Brazil, including on-site and remote positions, understanding the culture, compensation norms, sourcing channels, and compliance requirements specific to each market.
• Build and execute the employer branding strategy.
• Plan and run events, including meetups, conferences, and happy hours, to increase visibility and attract talent.
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand each role's and team's specific needs.
• Own recruiting metrics and reporting, including time to hire, funnel conversion, sourcing channel performance, and other relevant KPIs.
• Support Talent Operations, including compensation benchmarking and structure, as well as employee satisfaction and engagement tracking.

What We're Looking For

• Prior recruiting experience, either in-house or agency, within an early-stage or growth-stage startup.
• A hands-on 0-to-1 builder who is comfortable creating processes from scratch without a ready-made playbook.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience with, or genuine interest in, events and community building.
• This role goes beyond recruiting and includes employer brand and community, rather than simply building candidate pipelines.
• Strong autonomy, organization, and ownership mindset.
